Mental Health Awareness Week 2021
It’s fairly safe to say that almost all people will experience mental health challenges at some point in their lifetime. Life has a way of throwing unexpected curve balls that disrupt our normal routine and also, our once peaceful minds. And that’s totally okay because we’re human.
Last week, we were so proud to support #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek via Mental Health Foundation with this years theme being #ConnectWithNature
Our commitment to colleagues
At Attollo Intranet, we’re proud to support our colleagues in their mental health journeys, as and when it’s needed, with no questions asked. We like to think that taking this approach and flexibility to work means that our colleagues can work when they feel their best, to deliver their best work for our clients, partners, and wider network.

Mental Health in Workplace
More than ever, mental health is being talked about, especially in the workplace. However, there are still so many heart-breaking stories and work to be done to make these conversations easier on those suffering. We would encourage anyone to visit the Mental Health Foundation for trusted advice and support, whenever it’s needed.
It’s important to note that mental health doesn’t just happen during that week in the year, it’s every day for all individuals. We are still an advocate to continuing for connect people with nature all year round. We would encourage anyone interested in exploring their mental health to look towards the Mental Health Foundation. They provide support to communities, families, and individuals to live mentally healthier lives with a particular focus on those at greater risk.
